The BGJ045-1high-speed double-arbored shaft shaping machine is a special equipment for shaping glued boards into round, triangular and  hexagonal pencils among the pen-making equipments (for different shapes of shaft, the replacement of corresponding baseboards is needed). We adopt high-class resin sand to make all parts of the machinery, which are stable and indeformable forever after annealing and ageing treatment. All materials for main parts of body are made of quality carbon steel to ensure stable running. The printer has novel appearance, compact and flexible configuration and is easily operated, adjusted, fixed. Bearings of cutters are the NSK level p4 imported from Japan, and the arbors are  highly rigid and well balanced so that it can  run exquisitely with little vibration and low noise even at high speed. The arbors can be with fillet knife, circular knife, and tiles knife.
