我公司生产的交代送机具有输送量大、结构简单、维护方便、部件标准化等优点。可根据输送工艺的要求前台使用，也可多台胶带输送机组合或与其他输送设备组成水平或倾斜的输送系统，以满足不同布置形式的作业线需要。胶带传送机可在环境温度—20°C至+40°C范围内使用，输送物料的温度在50°C以下。

 注：

1、              参数表中胶带传送机输送量是在物料密度为1.0t/m³~1.6t/m³，    输送机倾角≤18°，物料堆积角为30°的条件下得出。

2、              可输送物料密度在2.5 t/m³以下。

3、              胶带传送机输送长度不限于表中所列值，可根据用户的需要进行制造。

The belt conveyors consist of standard parts and they have the advantages of large transfer quantity,simple structure,easy maintenance and standard parts.They are widely used in mining,metallurgy and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump materials,or packaged materials.According to different technical requirement,the belt conveyors can be used singly or with other transferring equipment.The belt conveyors are usually used in temperature between —20°C and 40°C and the temperature of the materials should be below 50°C.

Note:

1.     the transferring quantity is under the following situations:

the density of the material is 1.0t/m³~1.6t/m³;the transferring obliquity is ≤18°degrees;the accumulating angle is 30°degree.

2. the belt conveyor is suitable for materials whose density is below 2.5 t/m³.

3. the length of the belt is not limited to the data in the table.It can be customized.
