Heat exchangers also come as plate heat exchangers, which are produced by EXOTHERMICS. These types are very efficient and high in quality. The plate heat exchangers are often used in so-called ERheaters which can be used in processes where the heated process air needs to stay clear from flue gases, like in food industry or chemical plants.

Other examples for indirect heaters are the immersed systems, where the burner is firing in a tube which is immersed under a liquid surface.The tube needs to have a long surface (= length) to improve the heat exchanging.
